Notes and analysis from those making picks…

Josh S.

Kansas City over Jacksonville - The Chiefs offense has looked superb in the 2nd halves of the past two ballgames. I am just not sold on the team efforts of the Jaguars yet and the Chiefs are a tough club to beat at home. Look for LJ to get on track this week with a solid effort.

San Diego over Denver - Travis Henry smoking blunts has cost the Broncos dearly. The Chargers are in disarray as Coach Turner may have been the wrong decision, but let’s at least give him a chance. A win here and the Chargers are right back in the thick of things and they will get it done on the road.

Miami over Houston - Houston has played extremely well to start the season, but the offense is beginning to click in Miami behind the running of Ronnie Brown. They will sneak into Houston and steal their first ‘W’ of the season behind a strong effort from veteran, Trent Green.

Corey K.

Pittsburgh over Seattle - Get the feeling this will be very close.

San Diego over Denver - San Diego will run, run and run some more against a weak Broncos rush defense.

Aaron M.

Jacksonville over Kansas City — They’re feeling good and without a running game Garrard can’t beat these improving Chiefs at home.

Pittsburgh over Seattle — Pittsburgh will not lose two in a row, especially coming back home.
