Why Chicago Fans Should Keep a Close Watch on the Philadelphia Unfoldings
The city of Philadelphia is losing patience with Donovan McNabb and the relationship between the two continues to worsen. This is not a city known for its love, not when it comes to sports. These fans are die-hards — the best kind — but there comes a point when you need to relax and not call for a rookie quarterback to replace your franchise quarterback.
But that’s the case. As one’s career nears its end, another is ready to step up (sort of). Kevin Kolb is no Donovan McNabb, at least not yet. His mechanics are still maturing, as is his adjustment to the pro game. Is he ready? No. But fans don’t care. They want to see Kolb step in and lead the team to the promised land.

Top 10 most undervalued players

Sleepers. Underrated. Whatever you want to call them, these 10 players are poised for a breakout few are predicting.
10. T.J. Duckett (RB, Detroit Lions) — He might be third in the rotation, but Duckett is the Lions’ goal line back. And with an improving offense, he should see plenty of red zone and short yardage situations. Consider him a reincarnation of Jerome Bettis, circa 2005, someone who will score touchdowns while not putting up a little yardage. The best part is that he’ll be drafted late — think rounds 13-14 — where he’s undervalued.
9. Donovan McNabb (QB, Philadelphia Eagles) — Everyone is nervous McNabb will get hurt. And maybe he will, but until he does he’s easily a number one fantasy quarterback, someone who will average 250 yards and 2 touchdowns each game he starts.

Top 10 Undervalued Fantasy Picks (Sleepers)

Some players who break out are passed over each year. Maybe it’s because owners aren’t informed that the player just received the starting spot or maybe they anticipate the player to be average. Whatever the reason, you can look like a fantasy god if you find the right pick at the right time.
Below is a top 10 of the players I believe are currently undervalued by most fantasy publications/owners for one reason or another.
10. Donovan McNabb — McNabb is one of the most dominant fantasy quarterbacks when he’s healthy. But everyone is bracing for him to experience yet another injury. Good news for you because if he isn’t he’ll put up 250+ yards and 2 touchdowns every game he suits up in 2007.

Which rookie quarterbacks will stand out for your fantasy team?

The NFL Draft is long gone but the discussions surrounding it are definitely not. In part one of this three part series analyzing the debates, I’ll fill you in on the three prominent rookie quarterbacks who have fantasy owners curious: JaMarcus Russell, Brady Quinn, and Kevin Kolb.

When do you draft Donovan McNabb?

Two years ago McNabb would have been considered one of the premier fantasy football quarterbacks. He was coming off the best season of his career in 2004, when he threw for 3875 yards and 31 touchdowns, not to mention Terrell Owens hadn’t yet severed the team’s locker room.
But since 2004 fantasy owners have pounded their heads into many a wall in frustration. McNabb has missed the second half of each of the past two seasons, 7 games in 2005 and 6 games in 2006, and he’s only played 3 16-game seasons in his 8-year career.
So, when do you draft him this year? Sure, he blew defenses up in the games he did play, but can McNabb be counted on as a fantasy team’s starting quarterback? Does the risk of injury outweigh his potential?

McNabb speaks up
Donovan McNabb kept his thoughts regarding the draft to himself. Meanwhile, every fan and sportswriter took a crack at getting inside of the quarterback’s head while he visited head coach Andy Reid for an explanation. But that all ended

So, when when will Kolb make an impact?
While Donovan McNabb is busy faking smiles, the general public wants to know why the Eagles drafted quarterback Kevin Kolb with their first pick (second round). Have they lost

McNabb not commenting on the draft
In a surprising move on Saturday, the Philadelphia Eagles grabbed quarterback Kevin Kolb with their first pick, early in the second round. It was odd for a couple reasons, but mostly because it shows that Andy Reid has begun thinking about the future of his franchise. As a rule, players prefer to think about the present.
One such player, Philadelphia’s Donovan McNabb, is understandably keeping his thoughts

Philadelphia drafting for the future?
When the Philadelphia Eagles were in their war room discussing the routes their team could take with this draft, it seems the majority voted in favor of drafting for 2010 instead of 2007. The most obvious evidence of this
