McCown absent from camp
Full story at detnews.com:
Quarterback Josh McCown and receiver Mike Williams were absent Tuesday for the start of a three-day voluntary mini-camp.
After breaking the Mike Williams news yesterday, it comes as little surprise that McCown is also absent. There have already been trade rumors, specifically that he would be going to Oakland, and this only brings us closer to cementing that possibility.

Titans linebacker offered contract by Arizona
Full story at The City Paper:
Tennessee Titans free agent linebacker Peter Sirmon has been offered a contract by the Arizona Cardinals.
Sirmon, a starter for the Titans at middle linebacker last year, is mulling the offer, which is one-year for the NFL veteran minimum of $720,000.
“This could be a good opportunity for me with the Cardinals,†Sirmon said. “They have a new coaching staff there, and they’re looking to come in there and turn things around.”
Sirmon is a veteran linebacker, having played in the league since 2000. He has not, however, played for anyone but Tennessee and has played in 81 games during that time — about 11.5 games per year. And in those 81 games Sirmon has also totaled 250 tackles, 241 of which came in three of the past four seasons.

Whisenhunt wants to run more
Full story at azcentral.com:
Whisenhunt is hardly the first Cardinals coach to stress the need for a strong running game. From Gene Stallings through Dennis Green, everyone who has sat in the big office at the team’s Tempe facility has talked about building a punishing running attack.
Not one of them did it. The Cardinals haven’t run the ball more than 480 times in a season since moving to Arizona in 1988.
Whisenhunt at least has the track record - during his three years as offensive coordinator in Pittsburgh, the Steelers recommitted themselves to the run. And Whisenhunt would like the Cardinals offense to look like Pittsburgh West.

Quick Reference: Stingiest fantasy football defenses — Quarterbacks

NFL defenses do not willfully give up yards. Ever. Fortunately, some defenses are worse than others, which is why teams can sometimes score at will.
As a fantasy owner, you should have a pretty good idea of which defenses are the weakest and which are the most overwhelming. The following is a list of all 32 defenses, in order of strength.
