The Indianapolis Colts decided to use some of their free agency dollars adding depth to the tight end position. The result is veteran tight end Mike Seidman, formerly a Carolina Panther.
In 43 appearances (15 starts) during his four year career, Seidman has caught 18 passes for 158 yards and two touchdowns. Obviously, being in Indianapolis means that he will instantly improve his odds as being a receiving tight end. The team’s current starting tight end, Dallas Clark, is more of a slot receiver, anyhow.
