Carolina defensive tackle Kris Jenkins wants to know whether or not he’s going to be dealt. The Panthers engaged in trade talks with several teams interested in the Pro Bowler before the draft but refused to come down on their asking price. Teams know Carolina is willing to trade Jenkins — very willing, in fact — but interested suitors are thinning out.
The top contender before the draft was the Denver Broncos. Denver was reportedly very interested in the tackle, but the team decided to fill its holes on the defensive line through the draft.
Jenkins will talk to coach John Fox sometime this week. Stay tuned.
