With the 6th pick of the 2007 NFL Draft, Washington has selected safety LaRon Landry, safety out of LSU. Landry is a great safety and a good addition for the Redskins. While I presumed they would trade the pick to either Miami or Chicago or even Atlanta for added draft picks/Lance Briggs, this was an okay move. It adds another great safety with loads of potential to the roster, someone who can make an impact.
