Buccaneers draft defense first

With the fourth overall pick of the 2007 NFL Draft, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have selected Clemson defensive end Gaines Adams. Adams was a dominant speed rusher last season for Clemson, a real difference maker. His addition should help Tampa Bay’s defense, which was the team’s worst of the past decade. It’s age is also a concern and Adams brings speed and versatility to the defense because of his athleticism and size.
